Everything you need to know about the...

New Client Intro Package

Beginning bodywork is more than scheduling an appointment. It is the start of a relationship with your body, your nervous system, and the patterns that have shaped how you move, feel, and function over time.

Because of this, I recommend that new clients begin with a 4 session Intro Series, allowing time for care to be individualized, integrated, and supported over multiple visits rather than rushed. This approach creates the space needed for thoughtful work and meaningful, lasting change.

Why Begin With an Intro Series?

Bodies do not change in isolation. They respond to safety, consistency, and being listened to over time.

The Intro Series allows us to move beyond addressing isolated symptoms and instead understand how your body has adapted through stress, injury, posture, movement habits, and life experiences. With multiple sessions, patterns become clearer, progress can be supported intentionally, and care can evolve in response to how your system is changing.

This approach helps prevent chasing pain from one area to the next and supports progress that extends beyond the session itself.

Each session builds upon the last. No two sessions are the same.

We begin by listening. The initial session focuses on understanding your history, current concerns, and how your body is organizing itself today. The work is often gentle and exploratory, allowing your nervous system to feel supported as we establish a foundation.

With greater clarity, we begin addressing deeper patterns.

As your system begins to integrate, the work often becomes more connected. Areas that once felt unrelated may start to influence one another. Subtle changes in comfort, movement, breath, or awareness are common here.

By the fourth session, we are able to assess what has shifted, what still needs support, and how your body responds to consistent care. Together, we explore options for continued care and create a plan for future sessions that feels aligned and supportive.

Care That Is Truly Individualized

Your sessions are never routine.

Each session draws from the modalities I have studied, including Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic Bodywork, TMJ therapies, Functional Range Conditioning, gait awareness, and yoga based principles. These tools are used intentionally and selectively, guided by how your body responds rather than a predetermined plan.

Who This Approach Often Resonates With:

This approach often resonates with people seeking holistic care that complements and enhances other wellness practices. There is no one size fits all path to wellbeing, and bodywork can be a supportive part of a larger picture that may include movement, therapy, medical care, or other healing approaches.

Many clients arrive feeling that their concerns are layered, complex, or longstanding. Some feel disconnected from their bodies, frustrated by recurring pain, or unsure why symptoms persist despite trying multiple approaches. Others are simply looking for care that listens more deeply and adapts as their body changes.

Over time, clients often notice shifts that extend beyond symptom relief. Movement may feel more fluid, breathing may deepen, and the body may feel more coordinated and supported. These changes often begin subtly but, with consistency, can lead to meaningful and lasting improvements.

A Commitment to Long- Term Wellbeing

The Intro Series is best viewed as a wellness commitment rather than a quick fix.

By giving your body time and consistency, you allow deeper patterns to unwind, the nervous system to regulate, and new ways of moving and feeling to emerge. After completing the series, clients are welcome to continue care as needed or move into ongoing sessions based on their goals and preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why four sessions?

Four sessions allow time to understand your body’s patterns, observe how it responds to care, and support progress that builds rather than resets with each visit.

How often are sessions scheduled?
Most clients schedule sessions weekly or biweekly. We can discuss pacing that feels supportive for your body and your schedule.

What if I have had bodywork or Craniosacral Therapy before?

Previous experience can be helpful, but each practitioner and approach is different. The Intro Series allows us to build our own shared understanding of your body.

What should I expect during a session?

Sessions are quiet, attentive, and paced to support your nervous system. You are always welcome to share feedback, sensations, or questions at any point.

Beginning Your Care

The Intro Series is an invitation to slow down, listen more closely, and give your body the consistency it needs to respond and adapt.

If you feel ready to begin, this series offers a grounded and supportive starting point. From there, care can continue in a way that feels aligned with your body, your goals, and your life
