Intra-oral massage is a gentle hands-on technique performed inside the mouth to release tension in the jaw muscles that directly affect the TMJ. This slow, intentional work supports the jaw in softening and finding more ease by helping to reduce jaw pain, clenching, and tension as well as headaches, migraines, and neck pain often connected to jaw imbalance. CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle hands on approach performed fully clothed using light touch to support balance within the nervous system. This quiet subtle work helps release areas of restriction and holding allowing the body to unwind at its own pace. It is safe and supportive for adults children and babies and is often helpful for easing stress tension discomfort and supporting overall regulation calm and connection.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle hands on approach that works with the organs and their surrounding tissues to support balance and ease within the body. This slow attentive work helps release deep holding and restriction allowing organs to move more freely and communicate more clearly with the rest of the system. Many people notice improved digestion reduced pain and tension better breathing and a greater sense of comfort and connection within their body.
